Document Description
Water leaks have been reported at two locations within the Adamson House, damaging sensitive historic finishes. The objective of this project is to investigate the source of the leaks and propose repair strategies, and the procedures used to detect the source of the leaks will minimize further damage to the finishes. The investigation will include performing a series of water tests coordinated to isloate and test each of the potential leak sources. Various methods of water testing will be used, including flood testing portions of the balconies or spray nozzle testing of roof and wall areas.
