Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2014-0236-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Serenata Homeowners Associated. The project is limited to the alteration of four debris basins and stormwater infrastructure within the Serenata Development. Maintenance will be accomplished by excavating a pilot channel within each of the basins to allow water to freely flow from inlet to outlet. Vegetation will also be removed around each of the inlet and outlet structures (drains) located within the basins. Overall, these maintenance tasks will allow the basins to function properly during a rain event, prevent future repair and replacement of basin infrastructure, and reduce standing water, which will aid in mosquito abatement.
