The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Big Bear City Community Services District proposed project includes the use of Well #B as a new potable source, which is a replacement for well 3. The well is located in Big Bear City. The water from Well 3B will be blended in a downstream reservoir.
