Document Description
The purpose of the project is to provide upgrade water and wastewater system to the John "Chuck" Erreca safety roadside rest area (SRRA) to prevent continued closures. The need for the project is that the existing water and wastewater system is not in compliance with current Federal and State Statues and regulatory requirements. The existing system also does not meet current or future user demands and does not conserve limited resources.
