Note: Ref. SCH #2008-07 The proposed project consists of the trust acquisition of a 16.69 acre undeveloped site, commonly referred to as the "Walker Parcel", into federal trust for the Ewiiaapaayp Band for the development of a healthcare facility. The Walker Parcel is located in eastern San Diego County near the community of Alpine, south of Interstate 8, off of Alpine Blvd. approx. 1/2 mile east of the Willows Road exit. The proposed project includes approx. 26,400 sq. ft. of building space, a parking lot, septic system and leach field, water well, and other minor associated facilities.
