CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0076-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Phillips 66 as represented by Edward Ralston. The project is limited to the demolition of an existing residence at 330 Holly Drive in Concord, the grading and excavation of 13,075 sq. ft. of soil and the reconstruction of a previously existing swale that is approx. 3,065 sq. ft.
