Document Description
The project proposes a 171,708 sqft. combined church and school facility, including associated nursery child care, bookstore, office uses, and special events. To mitigate for traffic-related impacts, the project would include improvements at the Churn Creek Rd./College View Dr. and Hawley Dr./Collyer Rd. intersections. A portion of the improvements at the Churn Creek Rd./College View Dr. intersection would occur within State right-of-way (ROW). Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed improvements within State ROW.
