Document Description
CDFW is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0124-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, the California Department of Transportation, represented by Ms. Angela Calloway. The Aspen Fales Shoulder Widening includes the expansion of the existing shoulders from two-to-three to eight feet along 3.1 miles of existing highway. This project will include eight activities subject to CDGW's jurisdiction under Fish and Game Code Section 1600. The Project authorizes temporary diversion of flowing water, and impacts to 0.157 acres of vegetated CDFW-jurisdictional streambed. Equipment storage and staging will be located in paved, upland locations.
