Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0242-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Glenn County Public Works Agency. The project is limited to: 1) temporarily diverting stream flows from Wilson Creek around or through the project area 2) removal of current, failed, low water crossing and all associated fill materials, 3) construction of a new bridge crossing over Wilson Creek including construction of new bridge abutments and associated wingwalls or other bank protection alternatives; 4) realignment of the current roadway; 5) targeted removal of emergent aquatic vegetation and riparian vegetation in the immediate vicinity of the construction project; 6) recontouring of the stream Channel within the construction site footprint and implementations of BMPs for erosion and sediment control; 7) site riparian habitat rehabilitation
