Fortuna Community Health Center, a new consolidated health center, 31,000 sq. ft. in size, on a vacant 5.25-acre parcel on the west sided of Rohnerville Road. The facility will consist of medical, dental, site administration and behavior health offices (20,400 sq. ft.), as well as staff areas, utility, training center, entry area, waiting area, and circulation/hallways (9,700 sq. ft. and will include up to 40 medical examination rooms, 4 medical consultation rooms, 10 dental opertories, 3 behavioral health offices, 1 patient support group/education room, 3 conference rooms, 1 laboratory, 1 medical dispensary, and other support management offices.
