Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing Olive Garden restaurant building (9,694 sq. ft.) and parking lot and construct a mixed-use building that includes office, retail, and residential land uses with one level of underground parking. The project includes a request for a CUP to exceed the 5,000 sq. ft. office maximum for the site by approx. 4,835 sq. ft. The new building is proposed to be 39,930 sq. ft. in gross floor area and would cover 19,954 sq. ft. (50%) of the site. The proposed building would provide 10,122 sq. ft. of retail space, 9,835 sq. ft. of office space, and 19,973 sq. ft. of residential uses in 13 residential condominiums.
