The City of Santa Rosa is proposing to develop three City-owned properties totaling approximately six acres located along Hearn Avenue in southwest Santa Rosa as the Hearn Avenue Community Hub. The Project would implement programmed infrastructure improvements and provide public service facilities and community land uses identified in the Santa Rosa Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan, including a new fire station, library, and other community uses.
