Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SON-19092-R3, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Stony Point Flats Limited Partnership. The project is limited to filling three unnamed tributaries to Roseland Creek as part of the development of a 50-unit affordable apartment community that will be setback at least 65 feet from Roseland Creek. Stormwater flows will be directed to the southwest through a new onsite stormwater drainage system to the existing public storm drain system in Stony Point Road, which discharges into Roseland Creek. The stormwater from the development site will be directed to on-site vegetated bioretention beds that will be strategically located throughout the site to meet the City of Santa Rosa’s South West Low Impact Development requirements. The project will result in permanent impacts to approximately 3,180 square feet (0.073 acres) and 782 linear feet of stream and riparian habitat. No riparian trees will be removed.
