Document Description
The proposed Project is the construction and operation of a Love's Country Store in the City of Williams. Love's Country Stores submitted an application for a Design Review and Site Plan Permit for a proposed Love's Country Stores to be sited on approx. 11.15 acres located near the southeast of the I-5 and SR-20 Intersection. The proposed project would include a fuel dispensing area with 23 fueling positions to dispense gasoline and diesel fuel to passenger vehicles and trucks. The Project would include a 15,2582 sq. ft. convenience store with an attached restaurant space for three vendors and a separate 6,322 sq. ft. tire shop. The project is consistent with existing City of Williams General Plan land use designations and zoning.
