Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0181-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pacifica Airway LP. Project is limited to the following: Realigning the current flow line of the Southern portion of Piner Creek southward to accommodate for the care facility. The realigned creek channel will have approx. 3 times the cross sectional area of the current Piner Creek to establish lower water velocities and help reduce erosion. A 72-inch culvert will be extended south from its current location under Airway Dr. in order to connect to a new 5-foot by 7-foot box culvert that will be the new outfall for the realigned creek. A riprap apron will extend from the outfall for approx. 35-linear feet downstream. Two new bioswales and storm drain outfalls will be constructed along the banks of the newly aligned South Piner Creek. One bioswale and outfall structure will be constructed along the bank of North Piner Creek.
