Document Description
Request for a Design Review Permit and a Minor Conditional Use Permit to construct a Community Care Facility on a +/- 3.9 acre parcel. The facility would operate in a 2-story building of approx. 70,000 sq. ft. and features 90 total units, 65 of which are operated as Assisted Living and 25 of Which are operated as Memory Care. The facility would potentially accommodate up to 115 beds. The project includes the enhancement/realignment of the southern, previously altered and channelized portion of Piner Creek, riparian enhancement of the north folk of Piner Creek, and the filling of an un-named irrigation ditch feature that runs across the middle of the site.
