Document Description
The proposed development includes 96 apartment unit across five buildings with a recreation/office building, and associated facilities on a 9.77 acre site. The density of the subject site would be 9.8 dwelling units per acre. The project would include a stormwater collection system that would collect overland flow entering the site and convey drainage out to Thomas Lake Harris Drive, consistent with the existing hydrologic pattern. On-site stormwater would be collected and treated via Best Management Practices consistent with the City of Santa Rosa Low Impact Design Manual. Water and sewer services would be provided through existing infrastructure managed and maintained by the City. The project site contains 351 trees and would retain approx. 254 trees. 60% of the site would remain natural or landscaped open space.
