The City of Oakdale's 2015-2023 Housing Element addresses State Law requirements and statutory regulations. The Housing Element includes the identification and analysis of existing and projected housing needs; an identification of resources and constraints to address its housing needs; and, goals, policies, and implementation programs for adequate housing opportunities for all economic segments fo the City. The Housing element has been prepared in accordance with Sections 65580 through 65589 of the CA Government Code.
