Document Description
The City of San Carlos (City), in cooperation with Caltrans proposes to construct a new Class I pedestrian and bicycle overcrossing (POC) bridge over U.S. 101. The proposed POC would be constructed approx. 430 feet south of the existing U.S. 101/Holly STreet interchange, within existing Caltrans right-of-way. The project area includes the southern portion of the U.S. 101/Holly Street interchange, including U.S. 101 at Post Mile 8.3. As described further below, the POC would extend from Industrial Road on the west to Skyway Drive on the east.
