Document Description
The District is proposing new classroom facilities at Stone Ranch Elementary School; a 2-story classroom building and related retaining wall on the north side and two 1-story classroom additions to existing buildings on the east and west sides. Once constructed, the existing portable classroom and restroom buildings on the southern portion of campus would be removed. The project would disturb 28,800 sq. ft. of ground area during construction of the proposed improvements. The new facilities would accommodate the existing student population. A portion of the 2-story classroom building and retaining wall would be outside of the school's perimeter and require a lot-line adjustment. Construction would occur over a 16-month period, projected to being in April 2016 and end in August 2017.
