Document Description
Replacement and reconfiguration of the existing natural-turf field and rubber track, and construction of 664 seat bleachers and installation of permanent nighttime lighting system on one or two fields depending on the options selected. Option A includes one field with lighting, press-box, PA system, and a 3,000 sf restroom/ticket/concession/storage building. Option B includes two fields with lighting and bleachers only. No press-box box, no PA system, and no restroom/concession/storage building.
