Document Description
TCSD proposes to acquire the Site for the future development of a new elementary school. For planning purposes, TCSD assumes the school will support a Master Plan Capacity of up to 1300 preschool-8th grade students and 50 teachers at build-out. Preliminary plans call for approx. 47 classrooms on site. The site will include a library, multi-purpose room, band room, locker room, kitchen, food court/amphitheater and administration building in the middle of the campus. Classrooms will flank the center campus buildings to the north and south. Hard courts and ball fields will be used for physical education class and recess and lunch hours. A bus yard will be positioned on the northwest portion of the property. Parking and student drop-off will be located along Foster Drive.
