Document Description
A Site Development Permit for the replacement and installation in a new alignment of a total of 326 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drains at two locations. The storm drain located at 2308 Langmuir Street would replace approx. 83 LF of existing deteriorated 15 inch diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm drain with new 18-inch diameter RCP storm drain within the same trench alignment at the same depth as the existing pipe. The storm drain alignment would be extended an additional 100 LF within a new trench alignment extending into the canyon area from the rear property line of the existing private residence. It would consist of 18-inch diameter RCP storm drain piping at a depth ranging from 2 to 6 feet.
