The proposed project includes dedication of 2.74 acres adjacent to Valley View Park for a future community park or park extension, and 0.82 acres for a future linear park. The project site consists of approximately 53.29 acres of land located in unincorporated San Benito County southeast of and adjacent to the city limits of Hollister.
