Two Roundabouts would be buitl at the ramp intersections and minor widening of the southbound Ash Slough bridge would be done to accommodate the realignment of the southbound off ramp from SR 99 to SR 233 in the first phase of the project. When funding became available, an additional two-lane bridge crossing over SR 99 would be built in the project's second phase.
