The proposed project is located on State Route (SR-126) between Hallock Drive (PM 13.14) in the City of Santa Paula and E Street (PM 20.11) in the City of Fillmore in Ventura County. SR-126 provides an east-west connection between US Highway 101 in Ventura County and Interstate 5 in Los Angeles County and the project length is approximately 7 miles.
