General Amendment 15-004, Zone Change 15-003, and CUP 15-036 are applications for the following items: a) General Plan Amendment 15-004 is a request to amend the General Plan Land Use designation on 15.99 acres from Community Commercial to Multi-Family Residential (MFR 10.1-16 du/ac); b) Zone Change 15-003 is a request to change the Zoning designation on 15.99 acres from C-3 (General Commercial) to R-3 (Multiple Residential); and c) CUP 15-036 is a request to develop a 6-12 charter school with a capacity of 1,648 students. The facility will consist of 166,601 sq. ft. of building area consisting of three two-story buildings providing 64 classrooms (40 grades 6-9, 24 grades 100-12), cafeteria, gymnasium and amphitheater on 15.99 acres.
