Consistent with the Water Quality Control Policy for Siting, Design, Operations, and Maintenance for Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (State Policy) adopted by the SWRCB in June 2012 and effective May 13, 2013, the Imperial County Public Health Dept., Division of Environmental Health, has prepared for adoption for the Imperial County Board of Supervisors a "Local Agency Management Program for Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems" and amendment of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Imperial by repealing Chapters 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Division of 10 of Title 09, except Sections 91012.06 - 91012.08, and adding Chapter 8.80 (Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems [OWTS]) to Title 8 (Health and Safety).
