The project is for the DTSC's approval of the Proposed Plan to address groundwater contamination at the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Site SD015, ABRES-B Launch Complex ("the Site"), on Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), an active USAF installation near Lompoc, CA. This project will be performed in accordance with the Final; Feasibility Study Report prepared for USAF by Shaw Environmental, Inc., (Shaw), 2013, which is incorporated by reference; as modified by the Proposed Plan (ARCADIS 2015a).
