The subject property consists of a parcel of land, encompassing ~10.61 acres more or less. The subject parcel is contiguous to the exterior boundary of the Morongo Reservation. It is an ongoing effort to consolidate Reservation lands. The Tribe determined that the purchase of this land was necessary to facilitate tribal self-determination and self-governance.
