The tribe has no change in land use for parcel.
Currently the tribe holds no land in trust and requests this property for housing. The subject property is one parcel of land in Mendocino County, CA, commonly referred to as the Redwood Valley Property, containing 3.90 acres, more or less. The parcel contains four residences, which provides housing for the tribal members.
