Document Description
Replace the roof of the historic White Barn at Henry W. Coe State Park to preserve and protect the facility. Work will: - Remove existing shingles, unsalvageable skip sheathing, and metal flashing; - Replace skip sheathing, as needed, with in-kind 1X6 boards; - Repair or replace wood trim in-kind and paint to match; - Install approximately 2,250 SF of new redwood shingles matching original; and - Install iron flashing at eaves, rakes and roof to wall connections and paint white to match existing.
