Document Description
This project consists of a concrete overlay to the bottom surface of an existing arch culvert in order to direct existing drainage to the sides of the culvert. The objective is to protect the safety of the pedestrians utilizing the culvert for ingress and egress (per interagency agreement No. 07N644 between California State Parks and the Department of Transportation) to and from Crystal Cove State Park, Historic District. The project consists of cross drains at the South end of the tunnel and reworking the weir into Los Trancos Creek.
