The proposed project is located in a highly urbanized area and consists of the construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. skate park designed to serve neighborhood residents and the boys and girls club. Minor grading and excavation will occur to construct the skate park improvements, new lighting and landscaping including the replacement of trees within the park. Any disturbance to the environment would be negligible.
