Document Description
The project is limited to geo-archaeological test trenching at various locations along the Natomas East Main Drainage Canal (NEMDC)Steelhead Creek and Arcade Creek levee systems. No work would occur in the active channel of NEMDC/Steelhead Creek. Trenches would be approximately 20-feet-long, 5-feet-wide, and up to 10-feet-deep. Material from the trench excavations would be excavated and side-cast in uplands adjacent the trench.
