Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment to replace a single-span cast-in place concrete "T" beam bridge (40 feet by 20 feet) with a single span cast-in-place pre-stressed voided slab bridge (60 feet by 36 feet) on Grizzly Bluff Road at Post Mile 10.21. Vehicular access will be maintained with a temporary detour flatcar bridge placed south of existing bridge. Approximately 18,655 square feet of riparian vegetation will be impacted, and 20 red alders (Alnus rubra) ranging between 6 and 12 inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) and 12 willows (Salix spp.) less than 6 inches in DBH will be removed wiht the wider bridge replacement and temporary bridge placement.
