Document Description
On November 24,2015, the city council gave second reading of Ordinance No. 1042, to adopt new land use regulations for donation collection boxes. As part of the new regulations, a permit application must be filled with the community Development Director for the proposed location and operation of collection boxes. The resolution would establish a fee to recover the costs associated with the permit processing for this new application.
