Project consists of the sale and assignment of 129 square feet of restored Class 1, 2, 3 Restoration Credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which the existing residence will be demolished, then built with new construction and additional parking. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Class 1-3 Restoration Credit areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
