Reasons for Exemption
This project involves installation of functional, state-of-the-art compressed natural gas (CNG) equipment at an existing CNG Fueling station. The equipment to be installed will be located on the same site and will have the same purpose as the existing facility. The project consists of the installation of small structures at an existing CNG fueling to replace decommissioned CNG fueling equipment. Therefore, this project consists of minor alteration of existing facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the determination, and installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures and will have no significant effect on the environment.
