Santa Paula Unified School District ("District") plants to remove a vacant building located on its property at 36 Palm court, Santa Paula, California 93060. The condition of the Vacant Building makes it unsuitable for any use. The District will not install any other structures or make any other changes to the Property. The District has no current plans for any additional use of the Property after the removal of the Vacant Building and therefore the Project will involve no expansion of the current size or use of the Property. If the District decides to use the Property for a specific use in the future, it will follow CEQA procedures, as applicable, regarding such new use.
