Section 15301 - Existing Facilities - Class 1 exemption consists of the operation, repair, maintenance or minor alterations of existing private structures and facilities. The proposed project would not add any new square footage to the structure not make any dramatic alterations to the site as described in subsection (a) alterations including electrical conveyances and € small additions to an existing structure. Section 15303 - New Construction and Small Structures - Class 3 consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modification are made in the exterior of the structure.
