Document Description
The project involves installation of Carsonite signs with a sign pounder four kiosks with poured concrete foundations, and post-and-cable barriers. Signs will be installed by hand, and concrete foundations (12' x 14') will be cleared and leveled with a bobcat. The project also includes desert restoration: undesignated OHV routes will be camouflaged and closed using hand tools and nearby dead vegetation and rocks. Some of the dead vegetation will be "planted" in small holes along the routes ("vertical mulch") to further camouflage undesignated routes.
