The Butte County Fire Safe Council is requesting $75,000 from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy grant program to prepare the Magalia Forest Health Management Plan. The work is a planning project. A Registered Professional Forester (RPF) will develop a landscape-level Forest Management Plan (FMP) covering approaximately 800 acres of conifer forest lands.
