The City of Orange Cove is instituting a Water-Efficient Fixture Rebate Program for home owners in the City of Orange Cove who replace older fixtures with new water efficient toilets, showerheads and bathroom faucets. The program will be funded by a grant from the California Department of Water Resources Water-Energy Grant Program funded by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
