Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to The City and County of San Francisco Department of Emergency Management (SFDEM) for the purpose of operating and maintaining its existing telecommunication facility. The ROE also covers exisitng utilities and equipment necessary for the functioning of the telecommunications facility and is limited to non-commercial govermental usage only. No replacement or significant modification of the facility would be permitted under the ROE so no ground disturbance would result.
