Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) intends to permit and operate a CARB registered portable generator engine for occasional usage to provide temporary emergency standby power. The anticipated temporary usage (referred to as "Various Locations" usage by the local air quality district) of the Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) portable generator engine will be as back-up, at certain Metropolitan power plants where the site permitted stationary emergency generator is not planned to be available.
