Document Description
The proposed project involves a License Agreement from the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) for the use of approximately 665 square feet of office space at the Joint Harbor Operations Center (JHOC) facility in the City of San Diego for the District's Harbor Police Department (HPD), Maritime Operations team, and USCG to conduct joint homeland security and public safety functions. Currently, HPD, Maritime Operations, and USCG conduct joint homeland security and public safety operations at the JHOC facility. The License Agreement will allow for continued joint homeland security and public safety functions.
