The City of Grass Valley Sewer Re-lining Public Improvement Project proposes to repair an rehabilitate the City's collection system for the purpose of reducing and/or eliminating inflow and infiltration into the ocllection system. All construction activity planned for this project will occur in public rights-of-way and established easements and will occur underground from man hole to man hole.
