Document Description
Install a new mobile home pad and hook ups adjacent to existing housing and maintenance shops at Clear Lake State Park, for State personal use. Work will: - Trim trees, clear weeds, and removed down debris; - Install a 60'x30' Class 2 aggregate foundation consisting of60% sand and 40% clay; - Trench 30' long, 18" deep by 6" wide and install approximately 30' Schedule 80 ABS 3" sewer line in trench and backfill trench with sand and native soils for a new sewer line; - Install a 13"x21" connection box within the existing road for sewer clean out; - Trench 40' long, 24" deep by 4"wide and install approximately 40' of ¾" water line and backfill trench with sand and native soil; - Install two water valve boxes, each 10" round by 12 ¾" deep, one at the connection box in existing road and one at the mobile home connection; - Install new propane tank adjacent to an existing propane tank and trench 30' long, 18"deep and 6"wide to install approximately of ¾ black/yellow gas pipe from the new tank to the mobile home pad, backfill trench with sand and native soil; - Excavate an 18" diameter by 5' deep hole to install a new power pole with electrical meter and sub panel at edge of new pad, compact and backfill with road base rock; - Trench 24"deepx12"widex10' long and install approximately 10' of schedule 80 conduit from new power pole to under the new pad. Backfill and compact with sand and native soil.
