Document Description
Remove dilapidated non-historic exterior staircase from the Zanetta House at San Juan Bautista State Historic Park to preserve and protect the facility. Work will:
- Dismantle and dispose of the existing 22' long X 4' wide wooden staircase;
- Cut off the rotted posts set in concrete at grade; and
- Install balusters and safety railings at the exposed areas on the second level deck, in a reversible and non-invasive manner, to eliminate the open void and increase safety.
